You can’t exhaust God’s grace
“We never exhaust his supply. ‘Stop asking so much! My grace reservoir is running dry.’ Heaven knows no such words.
God has enough grace to solve every dilemma you face, wipe every tear you cry, and answer every question you ask.
Would we expect anything less from God? Send his Son to die for us and not send his power to sustain us? Paul found such logic impossible: ‘He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?’ (Rom. 8:32 NIV).”

Grace: More Than We Deserve, Greater Than We Imagine
: : :
- Not in our strength
- Grace pays it all
It’s not what God sends, but what we are capable of receiving.
‘Catching” the grace that is thrown to us calls for strength; both to hold its arrival, and to pass it on, for grace was never meant to be static.
I’m not sure I’d count it as grace if I had to be strong before I could even use it. Maybe it would still be a gift, but not pure grace.
But yes, to pass it on does sometimes take strength. I like this: “grace was never meant to be static.”
Hi Lisa! Now that’s a quote to put on the wall of every prayer room everywhere. How I limit God sometimes! He loves to hear from me, no matter what I have to say. And his ocean of mercy opens up for the whole WORLD, so I think he can handle me!
Have a peaceful, grace-filled Sunday,
Ceil
Beautifully put. I am so glad God never gets tired of our need for His grace.
