What if you believed all the good things are true?
“You can trust this: Every word that God speaks is true. God is a safe place for those who go to him. ”
Proverbs 30:5 (ERV)
What if you believed . . . all things really will work out for your good?
What if you believed . . . God can do anything?
What if you believed . . . Jesus is with you right here, right now, in this very thing?
What if you believed . . . you are more loved than you can imagine, just as you are?
What if you believed . . . God is more, better, greater than you thought?
What if you believed . . . you will always have everything you ever need?
What if you believed . . . every promise of God will come true?
What if you believed . . . the Spirit will empower you every time in the nick of time?
What if you believed . . . your decisions are being guided by divine wisdom?
What if you believed . . . miracles still happen?
What if you believed . . . goodness and mercy follow you every day of your life?
What if you believed . . . gifts of grace are already in place for your future?
What if you believed . . . the best is yet to come?
What if you believed . . . all these things are true?
Think about that.
Imagine that.
Believe that.
Jesus answered, “If you only knew what God gives and who it is that is asking you for a drink, you would ask him, and he would give you life-giving water.”
John 4:10 (GNB)

What if you believed….Jesus is coming in three days.
Sometimes they’re hard to believe; I admit that my faith can be weak.
Admitting weakness is one thing, but allowing that to dictate the bounds of faith is a slap in the face to those who truly LIVED God’s grace, such as Fr. Maximilian Kolbe, Michael Monsoor, and Michael Murphy, to name a few who come to mind.
So I’ll believe, even when it’s tough.
And what if you believed that He knows the end from the beginning?
neat format, Lisa. I do believe; help my unbelief. one of my favorite prayers.
So many wonderful things to remember to believe!
What if you believed… “those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31
For some reason your post reminded me of Samwise Gamges words to Gandalf about all the bad things coming untrue. And this is something I can just barely wrap my mind around that God will do one day.
Blessings on your Sunday, Lisa.
Lisa,
It’s exciting, isn’t it, to stop and read each word, each sentence, each promise and really ponder it? Thank you for making us take the time to confront these truths and to sink them deeply inside our consciousness.
Ahhh.

What if I truly believed? Wow…so powerful. What if I truly believed He had given us the power through the Holy Spirit to change lives for eternity? I think I would be doing things so differently. ♥
I spend so much useless and needless time worrying about the scary “What Ifs” of the future. I love your list of the very best what ifs – what if I truly believed…?? I have often pondered that. Sometimes it feels like a leap of faith to put aside my worries, and truly trust in the Truth that I know so well. But, what a difference it could make!!
This was the one that hit me the most – for it echoed something I talked about on my blog today. “What if you believed . . . Jesus is with you right here, right now, in this very thing?” Yes, what if I actually, really believed that – pictured Him right there – and knew in the bottom of my heart that HE KNOWS it all?! It would make all the difference…
Thanks for a timely message today – so very encouraging.
GOD BLESS!
Now that made me cry, happy tears for i have seen of late many of these things come to pass in my life, for God can really do all things that are for our good.
Beautiful, thank you. One to copy out and keep.
I might add, “What if you believed … you could be like Him?”
David
I love this, Lisa. So true, so good, so needed to hear it again. Thank you!!
