What Do You Do with Your Doubts?
Nobody has total faith.
What do you do with your doubts? What did Jesus do when he saw doubt in others?
Our doubts can come when:
- We’re faced with a difficult decision and we’re not getting a clear answer from God.
- Or when we are in a season of suffering and we don’t feel God’s “comfort that only He can give.”
- Or when the doctrine we used to believe just doesn’t make sense anymore.
How does Jesus handle our doubts?

I love this reminder that doubts are sometimes “signaling growth.” Thank you for this truth today. Visiting from #raralinkup
The older I get, the more honest I am about the doubts. And I’ve found God faithful and kind in my moments of wrestling and seeking …
It’s so true that we all have doubts at times, and it’s important to let them take us to Jesus rather than driving us away from him.
Have to confess: I welcome questions and doubts. That means growth, or at least challenging thinking. And even though I may have doubts I also know the ONE who can handle them.
Great point about doubts may be forecasting growth. Need to remember this with my children. We all have doubts and need to discuss them, and as parents we need to welcome them, not be scared of them.
I commented over at “the rest of the story!”
God knows I have doubts, whether I tell Him or not. Might as well have a conversation!
I hadn’t thought about them signaling growth….
