I hear you Lisa, just the other day I realised I hadn't written much about my WOTY 'Sanctuary' of late & then realised actually I'm living it at the moment with having a little break, a time of Sanctuary.

So although I wasn't consciously aware of it, subconsciously I had put it into practice!

I love all your ideas & suggestions above, & your Puzzle Planter is such a cool craft & idea!
Blessings, Jennifer

These are some tremendous ideas, Lisa! i so appreciate your thoughtful and helpful insights. My one word continues to help me in 2026. When times get hard, I want to show my gratitude to my Lord and Savior, who continues to show himself faithful. TRUST has been a perfect word for me through the first six months. So, I hope to encourage people to do the same as I hope to glorify God with my writing.

I love the idea of shifting your mindset from an open container to a closed container before you go to sleep. A visual reminder helps. Also, that's a cool puzzle planter.

I love the Word Walk idea! The older I get, the more value I see in not limiting ourselves to a year-long goal. Maybe it's a great idea and will be excellent the whole year. But so much can happen in a year. Maybe new insights or ideas. A life change. I'm trying to learn that I can "start over" every day. These are great reminders! Visiting from the Crazy Little Lovebirds link party.
