I remember hearing one time that we are either about to enter into a wilderness, just getting out of a wilderness, or right in the middle of it. No matter the season (and I totally agree we are in the middle right now), you are exactly right: we can cling to Him and trust He will refresh our parched, souls in the middle of our wilderness, He will teach us while we are here, and He will not leave us or forsake us. I love the imagery of Psalm 23:2 of the Good Shepherd leading us to still waters. I wrote about it today, so it is fresh on my mind and it connects with this really well. He is our Living Water, our "streams in the desert" (Isaiah 43:9). We can hope in the middle space!

Psalm 84 is one of my favorites, which I may say of many of them :) It always reminds me that God does not leave us in the middle. He always leads us through and in that, I am encouraged while we are yet in the middle of this crisis. Blessings!
