Not only do I love your word, but I love your reasoning behind it, Claudine. When I chose Breath in 2010 I didn’t think about it being “not rushing God” but that’s a great aspect of it. Praying it goes well for you!

You have a lot of courage to choose Wait, Anita! 🙂 But I’m sure you’re up for it. I love the double meaning you’re using with it: to have patience and also to wait on someone. Again, lots of courage for both those areas! Since God says he rewards those who wait on him, I’ll be praying you see lots of treasure along the way this year!

Reconnecting with your sister is an amazing outcome of Rebuild, unexpected or otherwise! I’m sure Finish will bring both some expected conclusions this year but also some unexpected ones as well. And yes, “It is finished” are some of the most precious words we can ever hear from our Jesus. Small but monumental!

Betterment is such a unique word and a great choice for the year, Heather! I love how you break down the different categories of ways you want to be better. I’ve found that it helps me to be specific like that. And yet also hold it loosely at the same time…as you say, not sure yet what new things you will learn (whether by choice or by God’s design).
