My 2022 word was discipline. I’m a procrastinator. My word was a 5 and kept making itself known throughout the year. I do feel like I accomplished some great things: My sister and I read thru the Bible chronologically in 6 months; I lost 40# – but I feel like I didn’t do all the things I intended (again I’m a procrastinator). I may do the word again at another time, hopefully with more consistent results.

I have commented before saying that a few years ago, I switched from 1-word a year to 1-word per month. However, in 2023, I am going back to the 1-word a year format. I haven’t got that word finalized yet, but I am excited about getting back to the 1-word focus.

Lisa, so grateful for this group and your leadership, I have grown more in the last two years with my One Words participating here than any other year outside this group.
I would give my word, Resilience a 5-star rating-it stayed with me all year, applicable in so many ways, and pushed me to growth both personally and spiritually. I won’t soon forget my One Word, because God has bound it to a 3-fold cord with 2021 favorite and 2023 up and coming One Word.
