I’m sorry you’ve had a hard month, Kim. 🙁 Praying that the worst has passed and that easier times are ahead. Some months are easier to do the “work” with our words than others, but even in those invisible months, I know God is still undergirding us with direction. And with your word of “believing”, I’d guess you’ve probably been living it as much as ever in this hard month!

I look forward to reading your post, Horace (hopefully sooner rather than later!). I love how you have been sharing such encouraging images along the way. They are helpful to me, and I’m sure they are to others too! We all need reminders to be more patient as we wait on God; he’s always worth the wait.

Do keep us posted if you try the mapping, Barb! I’m interesting in trying that too, as my word Uncertainty seems ripe for mapping! 🙂 Also for journaling. I just need to set aside the time to do it.

Our One Word community is richer because you are in it, Donna. I love how you give encouragement to those in our group on a regular basis. And how much you encourage me! I just read this comment to my husband right now. 🙂 I was torn about starting the group, wondering whether it would matter to anybody but me, but I’m so glad that God has knit us together in our quest to find him on our individual paths with our words. I’ll look forward to seeing your art soon!!!

I need to follow more of Emily Freeman’s work. It seems she’s been around awhile and has proven to be a solid resource. I appreciate that.
