And the older I get, the more I know I can trust God's faithfulness even in those quieter times. I just have to remember how it feels when I get to the other side. Love you, friend!

When I look back at the past few months of my own life, I can see God comforting me in many of these same ways that you listed. So your list makes ME more grateful myself! :)

Hi Lisa. Thank you so much for leading us through the year with our one word. Grace is my word, and I just published my blog post. God has heaped His grace on me throughout this year. Lisa, thank you for doing this, even though I haven’t been participating. I don’t have a word yet for next year, but I might try to be more active here with you.

My word for this year is comfort, and if the star rating was just for the word itself, I would have to give it a 5. But I must confess that most of the year I forgot about my word and wasn’t even looking for it. Interestingly, though, as I look back, I think it found me more than I realized. God has comforted me through His word, through friends, through unexpected kindnesses and blessings, through renewed friendships and deepening relationships. So, yes, even though I didn’t keep track of my word, it didn’t leave me, so it deserves 5 stars!

And I've seen you share about it in amazing ways, Jean. I'll look forward to reading your summary when you get it written. And to see what you're going to do in 2022 with ALL. Go has been a powerful word for me this year; perhaps the best word of the year I have had. So short and simple yet all emerged in many ways and lessons. I will be writing up a summary of this word as it fades into a new one for 2022. Not written yet but will come Merry Christmas, Lisa!

Though I began the year with trepidation facing my one word journey with JOY, I soon realized God’s reasons for choosing JOY for me weren’t rooted in my weaknesses.
I grew in amazing ways personally, in relationships and spiritually, but the most extraordinary gift JOY gave me was deeper intimacy with Christ.

There aren’t enough stars in the heavens to rate my exploits with my tiny word friend!
