Yes, I thought it was helpful, too, Katy. We all need to learn more sensitivity to each other, regardless of our backgrounds. A little knowledge and awareness can go a long way! And lay the path for more learning ahead.

Well, I have to admit I did go on a whining rampage yesterday afternoon about not being able to spend time learning all the new things I want to learn. I feel like I barely squeak by with any new gadget, learning just enough at the moment to accomplish what I want (usually by googling). So at least I can get some shortcuts under my belt and feel better about things. 🙂

I’m not sure I’ve ever eaten lamb, but that’s okay. You can try it first.

I have never tried dove and don’t think I would want to. Funny how that works – I am a definite meat lover, but there are some aren’t tempting at all. I keep thinking I want to try lamb, yet am reluctant to at the same time.
