Love the quote you chose to share at the end of your post, Lisa, about not trying so hard, that Christ is with us and we can just be. Such wise and wonderfully freeing advice. Thank you!

This sounds like a very helpful book. I appreciate the point you shared. When my children were little I would set breakfast up at night. I set all our gear up at night. Checked the planner etc. Recently, I have tried to reestablish that principle. The principle that resonates with me most is Go In the Right Order. I tend to get distracted and do so many other things before I get back to what I'm supposed to be doing. I also find myself reading the back of the book first so to speak in many areas of my life. I'm going to have to read this one. Thanks for the recommendation.

This does sound like a great book! Principle #5 and Principle #7 have been ones I've been implementing in my life and to help my mind be less cluttered so able to focus on the present. And also so important to not be 'should-ing' on ourselves! I will be adding this book to by list! Thank you.
