I appreciate the point you shared. When my children were little I would set breakfast up at night. I set all our gear up at night. Checked the planner etc. Recently, I have tried to reestablish that principle. The principle that resonates with me most is Go In the Right Order. I tend to get distracted and do so many other things before I get back to what I’m supposed to be doing. I also find myself reading the back of the book first so to speak in many areas of my life. I’m going to have to read this one. Thanks for the recommendation.

Principle #5 and Principle #7 have been ones I’ve been implementing in my life and to help my mind be less cluttered so able to focus on the present.
