I recently went on a field trip with my 5th grader and it was good for my heart to witness his joy! Thanks for sharing these sweet moments and that great nugget of truth to take an old-timer along when experiencing something new! Great tip! Blessings!

Yes, I have a pumpkin in my crazy work-in-project kitchen.
My most memorable field trip was a visit to a newpaper.
And grandmothering a baby girl is a huge first for me!

Field trips. Oh, how I used to look forward to them on Fridays as a youngster. I loved the trips to the zoo and science museum as a youngster. As a teenager, I enjoyed the art museum. I am a huge fan of art; Van Gogh is my favorite. No pumpkin here at home, but your pics make me want to go with my nephews to a pumpkin patch- just not a haunted one. Hahaha. I will teach my first men's bible study at my church. I was shocked when the asst Pastor asked me to, but I love the subject of the Armor of God. So great to visit here today. Lisa. Have a fantastic weekend, and God bless.
