It's so fun to go out in the yard and look for new blooms that have opened up. Won't be long until our tulips are blooming too. I do love spring.

Yeah, most of my pics from the 80s are pretty hilarious. I've had fun looking back through so many this week (and realizing how many I have!).

I've really enjoyed the daffodils and now I'm looking forward to tulips. The weather today has been amazing!

Thanks for sharing that you think the Daybooks are fun because they're one of the posts each month that I always question. :)

Thanks for your prayers for Jenna and her team and for Jeff's dad. He'll find out on Monday when his surgery will be.

When do I find the time? Crazy hours. ha. I wake up early and grab my Kindle to read a daily prayer from Scotty Smith and my daily Bible reading chapters. Then if it's still early enough, I stay in bed and read other books. At breakfast and lunch, if I'm by myself, I read. And then before I go to sleep at night I often read. Just snatches of time here and there add up!

I think there's been at least two movies made of the Scarlet Pimpernel that I've heard of, so maybe Errol Flynn was in one? I'll find out in a few weeks maybe. :) Hope you've enjoyed your weekend so far. We finally had warm weather today. Yippee!

So glad you're enjoying The Scarlet Pimpernel!

Glad you got to go on the business trip - would love to walk on a warm beach about now.

Love you 4 Corners get-togethers - that 1982 pic is priceless.

Looking forward to the first daffodils here! I've seen their leaves sprouting up in a neighbor's yard.

Lisa, I always enjoy your postings but the "Daybook" days are fun for they are bullet points of "a day in the life" of your thoughts about this and that.

Praying for Jenna and the outreach team and Jeff's father -in-law.

All the photos were fun to see but that lone fisherman - tired of standing, obviously - is a true image of determination!

Hi Lisa! I love that photo of the lone man fishing. Nice sneaking work! And you are so busy with reading, where do you find the time? I am hoping to start reading some books that were recommended to me to help with writing...so I guess that's no Scarlet Pimpernel. Wasn't that an old movie with Errol Flynn?

I am familiar with Cam Newton, what a fun photo!

Have a great weekend, and like you, I just want to yell "come on Spring!!"

Seeing those first daffodils of the year is always good for my soul, too! I need reminders that spring is indeed on the way, especially after such a cold winter. Thanks for your blessing, Linda. Hope your weekend is good as well!
