HALT has helped me a lot, not to excuse my (or others’ behavior), but at least to help understand it, and possibly prevent acting badly when those conditions are happening. It’s been awhile since I’ve looked at that video though; I dare not watch again. 😉

We have accents? ha. We don’t notice them. But yes, those are definitely Alabama accents you are hearing.
